- Development and implementation of an organizational Communications Strategy and Public Engagement Strategy.
- Identification and implementation of effective techniques for fostering public participation in the Corporation’s functions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure proper dissemination of the Communication and Public Education Services of the Corporation, including relationships with national media and new-media influencers.
- Coordination of Corporation’s outreach activities, including consultations, public meetings, etc.
- Receipt and redirection of queries received at the Corporation as well as via phone, email, the website and social media.
- Management and development of customer service/help desk.
- Updating the public of ongoing and completed Corporation projects through edited media (photos and video) via social media.
